The RedBox Restaurant

I ate two of the most delicious starters I have ever had in my life at the RedBox Restaurant in Chiang Mai.

The drinks were fantastic and the mains were very good.

But the star of the show was this, the Siam Ruby.

I want everything smoked now.

Smoke my water. Smoke my salad. Smoke my sides.

And, yes, definitely smoke my bleepity-bleep dessert!

I'm just trying to tell y'all. I am done.

The owners/chefs are a very nice couple, both from Chiang Mai, who started the business as a lunch-delivery operation in Brunei.

And when the pandemic was declared, they cooked meals for Chiang Mai healthcare workers. 👊🏿
